Of all the Sim Cities I've played, this seems like the closest to Sim City 2000. And I'll be curious how the always on works because I lost connection a number of times while playing the beta and it let me keep playing.

It seems to be more like Horde mode in Gears of War than L4D. But we shall see. I'll be giving it a go, that's for sure.

I would say it's simple, but I realize part of that is the fact that I'm highly involved in politics and I look at that stuff all the time.

I'm going to see how the beta runs on my PC (Phenom II X4, 4GB RAM, Radeon 4670). If it's decent, I'll probably go the PC route. If not, I'll get it on 360. I'm not asking for miracles from my machine, but I want it to look somewhat nice and have a decent frame rate.

I'll be in the PC beta. That'll determine if I end up getting this on PC or 360. If you want to add me to Origin, I'm Dan12R on that.

I also notice that Games For Windows Live Marketplace didn't make the list of digital download stores. If they had that, at least they'd have something.
